We accept returns of non-live products, including branded products and custom handmade supplies, within 14 days of receipt, provided they are returned in their original condition and packaging. Customized or personalized items are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

All returned items must be in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging with all tags and labels attached.
